The accommodation is gas fired central heated and furnished to a very high standard and is ideal for 4 to 6 people with lounge with views across the town towards the river Dart, equiped with TV, DVD, CD player and radio.

The dining room seats 6 people and overlooks a walled courtyard garden with table and chairs and ideal to sit out in and enjoy a glass of wine on hot summer evenings.

The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven, hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, wine cooler and all cooking utensils, glassware and dishes.

There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, and close by the bathroom with bath, power shower, toilet and basin.
